Highly recommend using Andrew's services - I am a first time buyer who used his services for a RICS homesurvey level 2 to check out the property. The report was just a trove of details and knowledge that also included specific queries for me to share with my solicitors. I was even more satisfied in the follow-up call where he shared insights and market knowledge that were immensely valuable for us as a non-professional and also a first time buyer, although really the report itself was enough for most people to work with. Honestly cannot recommend enough!

Having worked with Andrew twice now, I couldn't recommend his service more. The attention to detail goes above and beyond and yet he still manages to respond and return his surveys in excellent time. I called Andrew for a survey to be completed on a house my son was about to purchase in LU2. Andrew explained about the survey and how the report was laid out.
The survey was arranged very quickly and the report was then sent with a follow up email and Andrew suggested a follow up phone call to discuss.
The report was very well laid out and included photo's of problem area's. We followed up with a phone call and Andrew discussed the problem area's in more detail.
I would definitely recommend this company, 100% reliable and excellent service.

Friendly, professional and thorough service from Andrew in completing our building survey on our new property. Really helpful and patient in answering our questions and providing advice both before the survey and following the results. Highly recommended. We contacted Burton Residential Surveyors in order to obtain a valuation to complete the repayment for the Help to Buy process. Andrew was immediately very helpful and friendly, and explained the process very well, as we were initially unsure of the required steps. Andrew was willing to answer all our questions when he attended our property, and we received the valuation report very quickly afterwards in order to progress, which was set out very professionally. I will definitely be using their services again and be recommending to family/friends.

We instructed Andrew to conduct a survey in January 2021. The level of service was faultless and he found a number of issues with the property which we were able to use to negotiate the purchase price with the seller. Circa 18 months later and we had a concern with one of the points on the property which Andrew had identified during the initial survey. I called Andrew for some advice and he was very helpful and was able to alleviate our concerns. Highly recommended!

Straight away from the second we first made contact with Andrew he was amazing. He gave us open and honest opinions on the best level of service for our requirements. Communicated well with us throughout. Returned a comprehensive survey report in less than a week which was well structured and easy to understand. Would definitely use again if we need another surveyor again. 10/10
